The GOP, facing dwindling prospects with a diversifying electorate, has outlined its 2020 plan to kill poor voters and those who might otherwise vote democrat. The report has been dubbed an "autopsy" by the press.

The plan includes a two-pronged approach: Jeff Sessions closing down investigations into police violence at the Justice Department, and, crucially, repealing the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

"We need to be honest about our failures as a party," said Reince Priebus, the RNC chairMAN. "Far too many undesirables have been voting."

Such sentiments were echoed by other senior party leadership.

"We're hoping, that if a woman has to choose between reporting domestic violence and possibly losing her health insurance, she doesn't vote," said House Majority Leader Paul Ryan.

Jason Chaffetz, a republican representative from Utah, was characteristically open "You can think to yourself, 'How can we make this party more inclusive to homosexuals? Or, you can say, how can make up for losses in homosexual voters by killing off traditionally democratic constituencies, like poors and infertile women.'"

The Senate will vote on a version of the repeal bill in the coming month.
